random stuff i've come to know recently;
- listening to rammstein's music is far to seductive for how disturbing some of it is. also, those boys are smart and well thought out.
- same goes for queens of the stone age.
- when you think you see the guitarist from the deftones in the mall, you should go talk to him because it might actually be him and you might find out later they are in town doing a concert and that your a chump.
- william shatner's has been album may be one of the best i've ever heard.

that's it for now... oh yes, suits are expensive and i don't want to buy one and weddings suck.

what ya do is, when you need to buy something you don't want to buy, is buy something that's a little different from the average: for example, a red suit instead of a black one, or a black suit that's cut differently. Or even mix and match. Men's suits can be as interesting as you want to make them. Have fun with it!

if i had alot of options, i'd do something like that. but i'm not sure that i do. and truth be told i wouldn't mind owning a nice dark pinstripe suit. but, i don't want to, can't justify, and can't really afford to buy one. and finding a good second hand one where everything fits well is quite hard.

and i don't really hate weddings. well...

that's the beauty of mix and match. You *can* buy it second hand or from many different stores - if they're not all the same color, it looks like you MEANT for it to be that way. (and you did, in a way.) And if something doesn't fit perfectly... that's what tailors are for. :)

Oh oh! A few weeks ago I saw the SWEETEST retro tuxedo at Village Green on Circle... you should check it out!!

i can find someone else to usher, you know.

no no, i'm quite glad to do it. the suit thing is just frustrating, mostly because the kind i would like to own is around 150$ more expensive than a regular black suit (mostly because i want pinstripes. go figure) and the truth is i would really like to own the expensive one, i just have very few occasions to wear it. mostly the problem is lack of time to go shopping before the wedding, as well as a few other pressures that have popped up right now. pressure makes things so much more frustrating.

and i think i've found a solution anyway.

I'll tell you that if you wear a suit to church some Sunday morning, the older peeps will compliment you like nothing else. I highly recommend the experience. Although I would generally regress to jeans and a t-shirt.

suit found, suit bought, suit being altered.. now for shoes

hurrah! thanks matt.
